Empower Mindset LLC Waiver

I hereby agree to the following:

1. I am participating in Empower Mindset online course “The Key to Your Confidence” during which I will receive information and instruction about wellness, mindset, etiquette and more. I recognize that body language practice, requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and could potentially cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical activity, including any activities that involve walking, sitting down or doing posture exercises. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in taking this online course.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the offered online course, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the online course of Empower Mindset LLC.

4. In further consideration of being allowed to participate in the offered online course, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Empower Mindset LLC it’s employees and the owner for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of my participation in the online course.

5. I hereby acknowledge that I am enrolling voluntarily in the online course, that includes but not limited to topics about etiquette, body language, mindset, relationships and styled provided by Empower Mindset LLC.

6. I understand that the courses are intended to teach etiquette and non-verbal communication skills, which are subjective and may be interpreted differently by each individual and every culture and before implementing it in my life I will make sure it’s appropriate in my country/culture or any countries I’ll visit in the future.

7. I agree that Empower Mindset LLC and its employees are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of skills learned during the class. I also understand that Empower Mindset LLC and its employees are not liable for any psychological or emotional impact that may occur during or after my participation in the online course.

8. I acknowledge that the effectiveness of the skills taught can vary greatly depending on individual effort and context and that Empower Mindset LLC does not guarantee any specific results from using these skills. By agreeing to this waiver, I release Empower Mindset LLC and its employees from all liability related to any outcomes or impacts arising from my participation in the online course.

9. I hereby grant permission to Empower Mindset LLC to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media, recorded during group classes, in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications and marketing, without payment or other consideration.

10. Any claims or disputes arising from taking the online course “The Key to Your Confidence” shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, USA and in accordance with Florida law.

11. I agree and understand that Tetiana Iordan is not a medical or psychological professional. The online course ‘’The Key to Your Confidence”” is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical practice and that Tetiana is not a licensed therapist. Any advice given by her or her employees during the course is strictly a recommendation. I take full responsibility for making final decisions in my life and have no claims against Tetiana or her team.

12. I also acknowledge that in both group and private chats, responses to questions and support are provided according to EST time: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM. Responses may take up to 24 hours.

I have read, fully understand, and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am digitally signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my digital signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. This waiver applies to any claim, loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or any party acting on my behalf.

REFUND POLICY

At Empower Mindset LLC, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs with flexibility and understanding. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all parties, we have established the following refund policy:

We aim to provide a valuable learning experience for all of our participants. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have outlined the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds 

Refunds are available within the first 7 days from the start of the course. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Low-cost products ($9–$50): Refund requests for these products must be made at least 24 hours before the online event begins.

Live events: Refunds are available only if requested at least 5 days prior to the event.

Elite 1:1 Sessions For those enrolled in the Elite 1:1 program, each private session is charged at a non-refundable fee of $1000. If you choose to withdraw from the course within the refund period, the cost of any completed or scheduled sessions will be deducted from the total refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please email support@company.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-refundable Items Please note that any downloadable materials or course tools are non-refundable.

Please note that certain fees, such as booking or transaction fees, may not be refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the highest quality learning experience.

Courses with a duration of fewer than seven (7) days are not classified as full-length courses and are therefore non-refundable once the first class begins.

Refunds are possible only if requested before the start of the first class. After this point, all sales are final.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Participants are expected to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior throughout the course.

Empower Mindset LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful to instructors or other participants. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If, for any reason, this is not possible, our team will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy. Our aim is to provide a fair and efficient process for all our clients while maintaining the quality and integrity of our event planning and execution.
